INCIDENT - 7/14/22 -RESIDENTAL STRUCTURE FIRE- PARK PLACE - ROSS TOWNSHIP

Just after 1 AM today, 264 Truck was dispatched to a reported house fire in Station 247’s first due. 247 Engine arrived with heavy fire from the roof and began stretching lines. 259 Assistant arrived behind the engine and assumed command. 264 Truck arrived and took the first due truck assignment. The truck crew opened up for the engine company and also laddered the structure. 264 Truck was also utilized for master stream operations to knock the fire down. Crews were eventually able to bring the fire under control and remain on scene for a while overhauling. The cause of the fire is being investigated by the Ross Township Fire Marshal and also the Allegheny County Fire Marshal’s office. Thankfully no one was injuried during the fire.
